Who are we?
A little about our mission and history - How to be the best
When I first began my painting career circa 1997, I worked for someone else's painting company. There were quite a few things in their painting process that I just knew I could do better, faster, and cleaner. And that is exactly what I did. I purchased ladders and equipment, and I rented paint sprayers from Home Depot until I could afford buying one of my own. Slowly but surely, I built up my client base and found a small team of reliable workers to help me out. I still did most of the work.
I painted whole interiors of homes and complete exteriors. I came to specialize in custom repaints in some very nice upscale homes. I painted countless new basement finishes. I primed, painted, brushed, and rolled. I mastered oil, latex, poly, lacquer, stain, and yes - even the dreaded game of wallpaper removal. I don't do wallpaper removal anymore unless is is strictly hourly due to its unpredictable nature.
When I moved to the Colorado Springs area in late 2016, I was saddened that I had to turn down so many of my old clients because the drive would just be too much for me. I found a new job in theater here, and decided to take some time off from painting. Well, here I am again pursuing painting as Coronavirus has effectively canceled all the public events I had come to rely on for income.
